When you enroll in Remote Training, wherever you go, you can keep in touch with Amiee through the Freedom Fitness training app. Enjoy in-app messaging via text, video or audio where you can ask questions, send videos for feedback and make comments on your workouts. Connect your health and fitness apps to keep track of all of your training, nutrition and health data.
This 12 week done-for-you program lays a solid foundation in a hybrid strength, hypertrophy and endurance training program. The goal of this program is to guide you in progressing in foundational movements, and to challenge you to use the fundamentals of those movements in a variety of training styles. This program only requires the use of dumbbells and a barbell (with rack/plates). You'll see that simple equipment can still cater to creativity AND progress. Here's to getting strong!
